Alan's real estate career began in 1987 when he joined his parents independent real estate company.

Prior to that, he worked with a Fortune 500 company. In 2010, Tucker joined the nationally recognized

office of Coldwell Banker Advantage.

"My experience and patience are my best qualities," he says. For over thirty years I have enjoyed building lasting relationships with buyers and sellers. Tucker was consistently recognized as one of the regions top producers. Tucker assumed the role of Broker-In-Charge in late 2016. Alan looks forward to managing the talented group of agents at Coldwell Banker Advantage.

Over the years Tucker has contributed his talents while serving on the boards of The Cumberland County Boys and Girls Club, Communities in Schools and service on the Fayetteville Planning Board. Alan has also served on various committees within the Longleaf Pine Realtors Association. Tucker was recognized at the 2018 Realtor of the Year in the Longleaf Pine Realtors Association.

Alan is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, and his hobbies include attending football games there. The Tuckers enjoyspending time at the beach and playing tennis. I would highly recommend Alan to anyone moving to the Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg area. When I gave him a list of my needs/wants, he quickly responded with a number of listings in my price range . He responded quickly to my emails/texts whenever I found another listing I wanted to see. He always conducted himself professionally and never wasted my time. He negotiated a very good price for the neighborhood.

I met Alan while serving together on the city of Fayetteville Planning Commission more than ten years ago. When we needed to sell our house in VanStory, we contacted Alan and he provided a wealth of information, sound advice and professional services. I obtained the professional services of Mr. Alan Tucker in April of 2011, upon the advice of a friend. Mr. Tucker is a second generation Real Estate professional with 25+ years of experience in the Fayetteville, N.C. area. Mr. Tucker and his staff, at "Coldwell Banker Advantage" worked tirelessly on my behalf. I found him to be very professional in his business dealings and a man of integrity. I also found his knowledge of all related documents and the market in general impressive. I am a retired supervisor of law enforcement personnel and not easily impressed. During the time of our contract, the market experienced a severe downturn in sales. It speaks highly of Mr Tucker's resolve, to have never lost focus of the mission at hand. He personally held numerous "Open House" viewings of my property. He also contacted me on many occasion well into the evening hours while still at his office. This was to update me or inform me of a new sales strategy or suggestion. I was aware, Mr. Tucker had many other homes on his list of properties for sale. However, I am confidant he treated me as though I was his only customer, when we spoke. Yesterday, marked the end of a long and arduous journey in the sale of my home.
